TO ASSIST IN THE ISSUING OF EXISTING CERTIFICATES, THE COMPANY ASKS THAT WW OIL AND GAS SHAREHOLDERS FORWARD A COPY OF THEIR CERTIFICATES ALONG WITH A CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS FOR VERIFICATION VIA FAX OR EMAIL TO KNIGHTSBRIDGE ASSURANCE TRANSFER AGENCY.
